These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, programs, courses, and services offered by How Mighty We Ventures, LLC, doing business as Intelligence Applied AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We offer online educational programs, live masterclasses, cohort-based courses, VIP Day intensives, and related digital content focused on AI training and implementation. Specific program details, pricing, and schedules are described on our website and may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Account and Registration

When you register for a program or event, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to program materials.
  • Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with a paid program, you may request a refund within 7 days of the program start date, provided you have not accessed more than one live session. VIP Day deposits are non-refundable once the pre-call has been scheduled. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our programs, including but not limited to course materials, recordings, templates, prompts, frameworks, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of How Mighty We Ventures, LLC. You may use these materials for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to program content
  • Record or redistribute live sessions without permission
  • Use our platforms to harass, abuse, or harm other participants
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Community Guidelines

Participation in our community spaces (including the AI Builders Circle on Skool) is subject to the community guidelines posted within those platforms. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community standards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve from our programs. Success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and application. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or employment results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, How Mighty We Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless How Mighty We Ventures, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
